The transformation of madrasahs into internationally recognized schools requires both theoretical and practical reconstruction that bridges the global education framework with the principles of Islamic educational management. This study aims to develop a conceptual model for the transformation of madrasahs into internationally recognized schools through a critical review of Global Education theory and the principles of Islamic Educational Management. The study employs a library research approach using critical analysis and conceptual synthesis of relevant scientific literature. The findings indicate that Global Education theory provides a universal orientation toward cross-cultural understanding, social justice, and global responsibility, while the principles of Islamic Educational Management emphasize the values of amanah, ‘adl, ihsan, and shura as the foundation of ethical educational governance. The synthesis of these two perspectives results in the Integrative Global Madrasah Transformation (IGMT) conceptual model, which places Islamic value–based management at the core of the internationalization process of educational institutions. The model consists of three main components: (1) Islamic core values as the moral–spiritual foundation; (2) curriculum and quality adaptation to global standards; and (3) modern governance grounded in participation and accountability.
