Abstract

Mas Ari Vineyard is one of the ecotourism destinations in Tajug Village,
Siman District, Ponorogo Regency. This garden offers a natural panorama
with 31 types of imported grape variants that provide an educational
experience for visitors. Visitors can enjoy grape picking activities, learn grape
cultivation techniques, and enjoy the natural atmosphere around the garden.
This study aims to identify factors that support the development of ecotourism
in Mas Ari Vineyard based on the 4A analysis (Attraction, Accessibility,
Amenity, and Ancillary). The method used is qualitative with data collection
techniques through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The results
of the study show that the main attraction of this garden is the interactive
experience of picking fruit directly from the garden. The development of
better facilities such as places of worship and lodging is expected to improve
visitor comfort. SWOT analysis shows that this garden has great potential to
develop further with the potential for Agrotourism, Agricultural Education,
and local economic support. However, challenges such as climate change and
competition with other tourist destinations need to be anticipated.
