Argumentation skills are an important 21st-century competency that requires students to think critically and be able to express opinions well. The development of interactive website-based learning media is an innovative solution to improve these skills, especially in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning. The method used was Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) and aimed to determine the characteristics, practicality, and effectiveness of using the Bersama website media. The study was conducted at SMP Negeri Ngasem, Bojonegoro. The sample was selected using a random sampling technique. Data were obtained through questionnaires and argumentation skills tests, analyzed descriptively and inferentially (t-test). he results of the study indicate that the Bersama website has attractive characteristics, a practicality level of 78%, and is effective in improving students' argumentative skills with a moderate increase (N-Gain = 47.17%). The use of the Bersama Interactive Website shows that digital innovation is in accordance with 21st-century learning, which not only functions as a means of delivering material, but also as a medium for developing critical, reflective, and argumentative thinking skills based on the Toulmin argumentation model indicators, namely claims, data, warrants, and backings based on Islamic values.
